Bookings are made in three-month increments (e.g., January - March) through an application process. The available dates and application form are on the “Bookings” page. Please note that this will only be visible when bookings are open.

Various slots are available, ranging from 1 - 4 weeks.

January - February 2025: £300/ week

March - December 2025: £350/ week

The rental fee covers full-day access from Monday to Saturday, with a changeover on the Sunday before your opening date. The space will be cleaned and ready for your use. We offer a storage area upstairs, along with a desk, chair, and various display props. There is also a small sink area and an outside toilet. Wi-Fi is included in the rental cost.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your dates, with the remaining balance due one week before your opening date. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited.

While there is no dedicated parking attached to the building, you can pull up outside to unload. We can then direct you to nearby car parks or high street parking in Totnes. Parking on the high street is free on Sundays for changeover day.

Regrettably, the space is not wheelchair accessible as steps are required to enter the premises. While we have explored the possibility of obtaining a ramp, the steepness of the steps means that a suitable ramp would extend to the road, which is not permissible. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
